This policy explains how Marketing Scale ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit marketing-scale.com, fill in our form, or contact us. If you have questions, email info@marketing-scale.com.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request an audit or contact us, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business type and message. We also keep the messages you send us by email, text or WhatsApp.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, for example:

Advertising partners like Meta receive data through their pixel so that we can measure and target our ads; section 3 explains how to limit this. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your contact and form details for as long as we are in contact or working together, and generally for no more than 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. Analytics and advertising data are kept according to each provider's retention settings.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you may also object to or restrict processing and complain to your local data protection authority. Where the law requires it (for example in the EU, EEA and UK) we rely on your consent for cookies, which you can withdraw as described in section 3. For replying to inquiries we rely on your request and our legitimate interest.

To make a request, email info@marketing-scale.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.

7. International transfers

We work with clients in the United States, Israel and Europe, and our service providers may store data in the United States and other countries. When we transfer data, we rely on our providers' standard safeguards.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
